Black Feather Psychology is a well-regarded private practice offering evidence-based psychological services. We are currently seeking a Registered or Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Woolloongabba.

This is a contractor role offering clinical autonomy, flexible hours, full administrative support, and a strong referral stream.

We hold established referral relationships with GPs, psychiatrists, NDIS coordinators, schools, and other healthcare providers.

Client Presentations Include

Trauma and PTSD

Mood and anxiety disorders

Grief, adjustment, and life transitions

Relational difficulties

Neurodevelopmental concerns

Full administrative and reception support

Flexible working arrangements (minimum 2 days preferred)

Peer consultation and case discussion

Supervision for Provisional Psychologists

Support to pursue specific clinical interests or specialties

Requirements

Essential

AHPRA registration

Medicare eligibility (if fully registered)

Strong ethical standards and professional conduct

High-level communication, documentation, and time management skills

Ability to work independently within a private practice setting

Desirable

Experience across the lifespan

Interest or experience in cognitive or psychometric assessments

Familiarity with NDIS, WorkCover, or MHTP-based referrals
