The role

As a Formwork Labourer at Link-Force Au', you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction of high-quality structures across Adelaide. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance and dismantling of formwork on construction sites. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly, installation and dismantling of formwork structures

Preparing and cleaning formwork materials

Moving and handling formwork components and equipment safely

Following all site safety protocols and procedures

Contributing to a collaborative, efficient and safe work environment

What we're looking for

Some previous experience in a construction or labouring role

Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans

Strong practical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Willingness to learn and develop new skills
