Provectus Algae is seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support our facility build-out and equipment installation projects on a casual basis for up to 3 months. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone physically capable and ready for immediate start.

Responsibilities:

Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment during facility installations.

Assemble bioreactor systems, including vessels, probes, piping, gaskets, and ancillary components.

Proficiently use hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments.

Support general site clean-up and preparation.

Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leads.

Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures.

Assist tradespeople and technicians as needed.

Maintain attention to detail, documentation, and quality control standards.

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule.

Ability to follow clear instructions and work safely within a team.

Availability to work Monday-Friday with potential weekend shifts.

Immediate availability preferred.

EWP and forklift tickets highly advantageous but not essential.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings advantageous but not essential

Employment Conditions:

Casual or contractor-based engagement.

Monday to Friday with potential weekend work.
