About the Role:
Smith & Co is seeking experienced and motivated pipelayers to join our trusted civil contracting client's team. You'll be working on exciting urban development projects, focusing on drainage and road developments across Brisbane. Key Responsibilities:

• Lay sewer, stormwater, and water mains with precision.
• Set up and operate Dumpy levels and pipe lasers.
• Read, interpret, and apply construction plans and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in civil construction, particularly in pipelaying & pit-building for subdivisions and road projects.
• Strong understanding of levels, laser setups, and plan interpretation.
• Desirable: Confined spaces & Quick-cut tickets
• Leading Hand's & Forman highly desirable
• Positive attitude towards career growth
• Valid driver's license and a commitment to team collaboration.
