We currently have a fantastic State Manager opportunity with a highly respected and sort after mid sized insurance repair builder.

The Role

Overseeing the operations of the Perth office and around 10 staff.

With focus on;

Providing building technical support to the on the road crew and repair team

Driving business through industry relationships; building new connections while nurturing current partner relationships.

Spearheading performance through strategic input and process improvement.

Strong people management to support all Perth staff, combined with excellent organisational practices to ensure an efficient workplace.

You will report directly to the CEO.

Insurance leader experience

Previous insurance repair building construction based position(s)

Confident networking abilities

Strong customer service skills/people and management skills

Organised with professional presentation

Leads by example

Bonus - Cert IV Building & Construction or Bachelors in Construction field
