⭐️ New Premium Pay Rates ⭐️

ENs: $50 – $103 per hour
RNs: $51 – $148 per hour

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care in line with best practice and professional standards.

Medication Management: Administer medications safely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all policies.

Health Monitoring: Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ health status to the supervising RN or care team.

Wound Care: Provide and monitor wound management for residents with minor wounds.

Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, holistic care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

Ethical Practice: Uphold the Nursing Code of Ethics and comply with the standards set by the Nursing Board of Australia.

Emotional Support: Provide compassion and emotional reassurance to residents and their families.

Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including showering, grooming, and mobility support, while ensuring dignity and comfort.

To Be Eligible, You Must Have

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 6 months of local nursing experience

Manual Handling and CPR/BLS certifications

Australian working rights

Valid Police Check

NDIS Workers Screening Check (or application ID from Services Vic)

2025 Flu Vaccination record

COVID-19 vaccination record

Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional care
