The Opportunity
Join the consulting arm of a leading boutique real estate agency dedicated to delivering exceptional services and outstanding results. With a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and innovation, they specialize in premium property sales and property management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper looking to join a reputable company and take on a varied hands-on role. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, a highly experienced leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing her team.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
• Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts
• Preparing and lodging BAS, GST, and payroll tax (if applicable)
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience in a comparable Bookkeeper/Accounts-All Rounder/Company Accountant position.
• Experience in real estate or trust accounting (advantageous, not essential)
• Exposure to Xero (highly regarded)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with key stakeholders
• A positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
