We are a very popular brand operating a food truck a well as a restaurant offering Indian fast food. The brand has been around for over 20 years and the food truck is a regular fixture at most large council run markets and fairs all over Sydney including at various stadiums like SCG.

We are looking for an independent driver cum operator for our food truck at various locations through the week. The candidate is expected to drive & operate the truck while supervising another kitchen hand but also do some hands on kitchen work. Suitable persons will be rewarded with award rates + commission. Will suit a part-time chef/someone with hospitality experience and wants to do something entrepreneurial.

You'll need a current Car Driving licence or higher to operate our food truck but Manual driving is required. A clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years is essential

Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen or food service experience required

Must have full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
