The Candidate

We are seeking a motivated professional with proven expertise in Ruby on Rails development. You will bring strong technical knowledge and hands-on capability in building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable web applications, integrating APIs, and writing clean, efficient code.

This is a role for someone who is not only a strong designer, but also a hands-on doer, committed to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and impactful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Improve and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (AWS environment)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into practical software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, reliable applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong understanding of MVC architecture.
• Strong skills in PostgreSQL and Angular
• Experience integrating or applying AI/ML solutions is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a balance of design thinking and practical implementation.
