Structures Foreman | $600m High Rise Residential Towers

Join a leading Developer / Builder on the Gold Coast who is genuinely changing the skyline of the Gold Coast. They have a long list of development sites secured on the Coast and the future really looks bright for all involved.

This particular project is a $600m, Twin Tower high rise residential build right in the heart of Broadbeach and will be setting a new level of luxury and style on the coast.

As a result of now coming out of the ground we are looking for a strong Structures Foreman to join the team who has experience working on high rise projects and in particular the jump form system.

The Structures Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all structural works on site whilst ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery. You will be managing EBA structural trades and crane crews so experience working in a similar environment is an advantage.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high rise projects
• Experience with the Jump Form system
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, quality, and program delivery
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and site safety
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
