What We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who:

Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning, development, and well-being.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Can maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Show initiative, flexibility, and a proactive, professional approach to all tasks.

Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.

Collaborate with the team on unique projects and contribute to our innovative curriculum.

Work closely with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Leadership Team.

What You'll Need

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).

A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

Availability to work within our operating hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.
(We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.)
