We’re seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist with a passion for compliance, an eye for detail, data accuracy and a can-do attitude who will enjoy being part of a fast growth technology company.

Reporting to Operations, the ideal candidate is a well organized, methodical professional who prides themselves on accuracy, efficiency, and surety. The specialist will be charged with onboarding retail partnerships, helping to manage internal projects, creating and updating policy and procedure documentation, adding and maintaining energy products, testing and QA of products and to support operations with inaccuracies and product cohesion issues.

Required Skills

Project & Organisation – strong organisational and project-management skills; able to prioritise tasks, run multiple workstreams, and keep stakeholders accountable.

Analysis & Problem-Solving – excellent analytical ability to gather requirements and define clear solutions.

Quality & Detail – high attention to detail when updating prices, testing flows, or reviewing data; sound knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools; experience with basic QA/testing (test plans, acceptance criteria).

Documentation & Communication – ability to write clear, structured process and compliance documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Systems & Data – familiarity with CRM or product databases (e.g. HubSpot or similar); comfortable with spreadsheets, data analysis, reporting, and frontline data consolidation.

Desirable Skills

Project & Stakeholder Management – formal project-management experience; strong relationship management.

Technical & Industry Knowledge – background in energy retail products; understanding of SaaS/tech environments and API-driven platforms.

Process Improvement & Training – proactive, self-starter who can spot gaps and drive improvements; experience in training and assessment.

Productivity Tools – proficiency with Google Workspace

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the product catalogue to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Implement and document change requests in line with company standards, partner agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Manage product quality and compliance: capture and investigate nonconformance or complaints, perform root-cause analysis, track corrective actions, and keep clear records.

Create and maintain internal documentation including knowledge-base articles, policies, procedures, and compliance records.

Support quality assurance and testing by defining standards, assisting with testing protocols, and reporting on QA outcomes.

Coordinate multi-stream projects involving internal teams and external retailers, ensuring tasks are tracked and delivered.

Manage retail partner stakeholders by fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Provide operational support by monitoring partner reporting, maintaining issue/problem logs, and helping with staff training on systems, policies, and processes.
