LABOURER TO SUPPORT BRICKLAYING CREW – MELBOURNE METRO
$30–$35/hr based on experience + Super | Casual | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our bricklaying team. You’ll work closely with the Leading Hand Bricklayer and crew to keep the site running smoothly — ensuring materials are ready, mortar is mixed, and the workspace is safe and organised. This role suits someone who’s dependable, hard-working, and takes pride in doing a job right.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and support bricklaying works — mixing mortar, staging bricks, setting up scaffolds.

Keep materials flowing to support daily production targets.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free worksite.

Handle and move bricks, blocks, and tools safely.

Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.

Report hazards, shortages, or issues immediately to the Leading Hand.

Proven experience in construction labouring (with particular focus on bricklaying a plus).

Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious attitude with a positive work ethic.

A reliable car, valid licence, and your own tools.
