What You’ll Do

• Deliver dynamic, results-driven 1:1 and small-group sessions
• Lead strategy sessions to kickstart members’ fitness journeys
• Create tailored training programs that drive transformation
• Educate, empower, and inspire clients – physically and mentally
• Contribute to the club culture by being present and engaged on the gym floor

What You Bring

• Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher qualification in Exercise/Sport Science)
• Registration and insurance ($20M public liability minimum)
• Current First Aid & CPR certifications
• A passion for service and making a real impact
• A team-first attitude, open to growth and feedback
