About The Role

Working afternoon shift, you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia's leading organisations and government agencies.

Your duties will include:

Collection of client records - retrieving files from our warehouse using a stock picker. You will need to be comfortable working at heights as our racking is floor to ceiling!

Customer service queries.

Working with scanners, PCs, etc to log the movement of files between locations.

About You

Excellent customer service skills, you are hardworking and reliable.

Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential, you will enjoy working in a team environment.

You work well under pressure and have high attention to detail.

Stock picker licence.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
