About the role

We are seeking experienced senior hairdressers and enthusiastic apprentices to join our award-winning hair salon, hair by christopher hanna, located in the heart of Sydney, NSW. As part of our talented team, you will provide exceptional hair care services and work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Offering a range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to our diverse clientele

Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's unique hair needs and desired look

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

Mentoring and training junior hairdressers and apprentices

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

For senior hairdressers: minimum 3 years of experience in a professional salon environment

For apprentices: a passion for the hair and beauty industry and a willingness to learn

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A creative eye and an understanding of the latest hair trends

A professional, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake further training
