About the role

What you'll be doing

Crafting a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods using traditional techniques

Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all products

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative recipes

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Providing excellent customer service and assisting with counter duties as needed

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Bread Baker in a commercial bakery

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Excellent time management and organizational skills

A creative flair and passion for producing high-quality baked goods

Team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
