About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team at All Care 4 you pty ltd' in Launceston, Tasmania. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our aged care residents.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our aged care residents

Assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors

Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in aged care, hospital or a similar healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Commitment to providing person-centred, compassionate care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using electronic medical records and reporting systems
