Who We’re Looking For

· Experienced in Complex Care: At least 1 years’ experience in aged care, community, or hospital settings with confidence in:

· Catheter care

· Bowel therapy

· PEG feeding

· Wound care

· Manual handling & hoisting

· Dementia & palliative care

· Travel-Ready: Willing to work across Brisbane West – Albany Creed, Ferny Grove, Paddington and surrounding areas.

· Fully Qualified & Ready to Go:

· Cert III in Individual Support (or higher or equivalent) Nursing students are encouraged to apply.

· Current First Aid & CPR

· NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable car

· Australian Work Rights

· Australian Criminal History Check

What You’ll Be Doing

Personal & Clinical Care: Hygiene support, continence care, catheter and bowel care, PEG feeds, hoisting, repositioning.

Social Support & Outings: Support clients to attend appointments, do groceries, and stay active in their community.

Home Help: Light cleaning, meal prep, and everyday assistance.

Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Work Area & Benefits

Area: Albany Creek, Ferny Grove, Paddington, and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: $38.56 + per hour + 12% superannuation

Travel: Reimbursed between and during shifts
