Salary - banding options starting from $87,000 - $107,000 + Super + KPI bonus options

• Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow Speech team and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.

• Support from our in-house experienced team of Speech Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.

• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.

• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Speechies, Physios, OTs, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.

• Head office-based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

Travel

Option of a fully serviced company car (fuel card provided) with personal use options or an $8000 annual vehicle allowance if you want to use your own vehicle (paid in each fortnightly pay run).

Caseload options - GenPhysio is able to provide a diverse community caseload for our Speech Pathology team – we are able to develop a caseload based on your main areas of interest.

What do you need to have?

• Tertiary qualifications
• AHPRA registration (or eligiblilty)
• Drivers license & vehicle
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
• Appropriate working rights
