Currently they are seeking a building surveyor (level 2 registered) and a land/construction surveyor for major projects coming up in Perth.

Your new company
This Perth-based developer and construction company, backed by Chinese ownership, is rapidly expanding its footprint in the residential market with a strong pipeline of townhouse projects south of the river. With 200-300 dwellings planned, they are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Surveyor to support compliance, approvals, and quality assurance across their developments. Mandarin or Chinese language skills are highly desirable to support seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

Building Surveyor Job Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying (or equivalent).

- Registration/licence as a Building Surveyor (WA preferred level 2).

- Strong knowledge of NCC, WA Building Act, and related legislation.

- Excellent report writing, attention to detail, and communication skills.

- Experience with residential and commercial projects in WA desirable.

Land/ construction surveyor Job Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Surveying or related field.

- Registration as a Licensed Surveyor in WA (or eligibility to obtain).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software.

- Strong spatial awareness, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in land development and construction projects in WA preferred.
