What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire: Guide the entire production department, mentoring teams across multiple business units and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and wellbeing.

Set the Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute long-term production strategies that align with the studio’s ambitious goals.

Deliver World-Class Projects: Own frameworks for scope, capacity and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality.

Own Visibility: Build reporting systems that give stakeholders clear insight into project health, risks and progress — and be the key escalation point when challenges arise.

Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner directly with General Managers and department leads on strategic planning, resource allocation and delivery across an expanding portfolio.

Evolve the Process: Champion continuous improvement, adopting new methodologies and staying ahead of industry trends to refine production practices and workflows.
What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Production Director (or similar senior production leadership role) within the game development industry
• A strong track record delivering high-quality projects at scale — ideally across multiple platforms
• Experience leading large-scale organisational or process changes and managing external partners
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for building high-performing teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• And of course, a genuine passion for game development and the future of interactive entertainment

Bonus points if you bring:

• An understanding of other disciplines like game design
• Experience collaborating with publishers and external partners on established IPs
