About the role

Rylock are seeking an experienced Aluminium Saw Operator to join our team in Dingley Village. This is a full-time Permanent position that will play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cutting aluminium to precise specifications to support the production of our high-quality windows and doors.

What you'll be doing

Operating aluminium saws to cut materials to specific sizes as per production requirements

Ensuring accurate measurements and minimising waste

Performing regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Aluminium Saw Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment (Emmegi saw an advantage)

Be able to read technical drawings & have good numerical skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision

Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to lift extrusions

Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve production goals
