We’re expanding our team and looking for a high energy, sales driven Wealth Strategist who is ready to take their career to the next level. This is a great opportunity to channel your sales expertise and passion for helping people, with the primary objective of building relationships with potential clients and guiding them to build and grow their property investment portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced professional to assist our current clients but also be an integral part of growing the business by promoting Metropole and all its services.

Reporting to the National Director – Property

Who You Are:

A natural deal maker with a passion for property and people

Experienced in real estate or business development (3+ years preferred)

Sales professional closing deals

Motivated, proactive and ready to grow with a high performing team

Someone who thrives on asking the right questions to determine how our services can help build wealth through property

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify potential clients through assessing their investment needs and capacity

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic alliance partners

Attend various workshops, seminars and events to represent Metropole

Help our clients by selling a strategic plan to help them on their property journey

Refer new and existing clients to our internal and external affiliates ie finance brokers, accountants and financial planners.

Qualifications & Experience:

General understanding of property investment and finance

Sales professional experience & business development highly regarded (any industry)

Experience in closing sales deals
