About the Role

As a Property Acquisition specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert property advice and acquisition services across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure programs. Acting on behalf of state and local government agencies, you’ll provide strategic guidance on land acquisition, easements, and property transactions that support the delivery of high-impact public projects.

You’ll work across complex programs with varying risk profiles, navigating legislative frameworks and stakeholder interests to achieve timely, compliant, and community-focused outcomes.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property-related field and/or substantial experience in land acquisitions and property matters for local or state government.
  • Strong working knowledge of Just Terms Act NSW act and other relevant legislation, acquisition processes, and government frameworks.
  • Experience with NSW Land Registry Services and a solid understanding of property transaction requirements.
  • A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to occasionally travel to regional locations, including overnight stays when required.
