Warehouse Coordinator - Rydalmere

We're currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse team based in Rydalmere. This hands-on role is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and inventory functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth daily operations. You'll work closely with internal departments, couriers, vendors, and field service engineers to maintain seamless logistics processes.

$35.34 per hour + Super | Casual contract with full-time hours | Likely to become ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse locations
• Manage inbound and outbound operations including breakbulk, putaway, picking, packing, and drop orders
• Convert purchase requisitions into SAP purchase orders to support stock replenishment
• Coordinate stock transfers and returns, including courier pickups and miscellaneous movements
• Respond to enquiries from Sales and Field Service Engineers regarding stock and shipments
• Arrange domestic shipments and update connotes/logistics data in SAP
• Verify vendor invoices and provide approvals to Finance for processing
• Support local purchases and operational needs through SAP transactions
• Provide backup support for Malaysia operations to ensure continuity of logistics and inventory processes

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, storeperson, or inventory control role
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
