About You:

You're flexible, reliable, and available to work weekends and promotional events as required

You've got experience managing rosters, leading teams of 2+ staff members, and developing team performance

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in fashion retail (essential)

Must have Australian work rights or valid working visa

Strong personal style and excellent communication skills

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs

Organised, forward-thinking, and great at multitasking

Visual merchandising and styling expertise

Experience supporting marketing initiatives and in-store events

Strong operational skills including stock management, admin, and loss prevention awareness

Commercial acumen with budget and KPI awareness

Roster management and boutique operations know-how
