Agtech Sales Representative (Call Centre)

Location: Brisbane, QLD
Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation
On Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000+ (Uncapped Commissions)

About the Role

Join a rapidly growing technology company in the agricultural sector, helping farmers and agribusinesses modernise their operations through smart IoT and telemetry solutions. This is a phone-based sales role within our call centre team — ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, solving real-world challenges, and driving measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and supporting them through the sales process. With an uncapped commission structure, your earning potential is entirely up to you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing agricultural customers.

Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and present suitable product solutions.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on opportunities.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You

We’re seeking an individual with the drive and initiative to excel in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

Experience in agriculture or agtech sales (preferred but not essential)

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

A self-motivated, self-starter mindset with a passion for success

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

An enjoyment of problem-solving and helping customers find the right solution
