Immediate start! Skytech Energy Pty Ltd is seeking an accredited and experienced Solar Electrician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position where you’ll be responsible for installing solar PV systems, batteries, and EV chargers. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, and an experienced team to support you on-site. Most projects are based in Western Sydney, but not limited to this area.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install, configure, and commission solar PV systems, batteries, and inverters

Lead and supervise a team on-site

Perform maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on existing solar systems

Ensure all work meets Australian Standards, WHS requirements, and Skytech’s high quality benchmarks

Complete accurate documentation and compliance records

What We’re Looking For

Current NSW Electrical Licence

Must be living in NSW

SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation (essential)

Proven experience in solar and battery installations (residential and/or commercial)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes

Good communication and teamwork skills
