The Role

We’re seeking full-time Demolition Workers to join our experienced team on shopping centre and retail soft strip-out and demolition projects across Melbourne. You’ll be working in live environments, with some after-hours work when required, completing detailed demolition tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior and light structural demolition in shopping centres

Strip-outs, site preparation, and rubbish removal

Use of hand and power tools, saws, jackhammers, and breakers

Assisting operators and following site supervisor directions

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Adhering to all safety procedures and site requirements

About You

Previous demolition or construction experience required

White Card (mandatory)

EWP ticket (mandatory)

Experience in shopping centre or commercial demolition (highly regarded)

Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for hands-on work

Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Willingness to work night shifts or after-hours when required
