Factory All-Rounder/Delivery Driver

We are seeking a Factory All-Rounder/Delivery Driver to join our team in Brisbane. This is a casual position with a view to becoming permanent, so if you enjoy hands-on tasks and want to be part of a supportive team that values hard work and passion, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As the Factory All Rounder/Delivery Driver, you will assist with receiving, processing, picking, packing, and creating products which include fresh and dry flowers, and guarantee that deliveries are made on time and in full. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will include:

Unpacking, labelling, and restocking our market, processing flowers down a belt with support from our florists

Picking and packing customer orders, booking freight, and ensuring timely dispatch

Planning routes and schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries to our customers

Inspecting and verifying all items for delivery to ensure that every delivery is made in full and there are no discrepancies or missing items

Completing the daily pre-operational checklist and promptly reporting any issues with the trucks

Performing routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and completing and submitting required paperwork on time

Completing stock takes

Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities:

Current QLD HR Licence and clean driving record

Forklift Licence

The ability to drive manual vehicles

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver

Proven experience in a warehouse role ideally working in a FMCG Supply Chain environment or Cold-Chain networks.

A high level of physical fitness
