What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor injection moulding equipment to manufacture products according to specifications

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues during the manufacturing process

Maintain detailed production records and documentation

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications or experience in injection moulding

Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and maintain equipment, machine size range from 15T - 850T

Review cycle times and ensure machines are running efficiently

Establish processing parameters for new mouldings

Troubleshoot processing issues

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to workplace safety and environmental regulations

Robot programming

Preventative maintenance

Maintain records in accordance with Quality Management System requirements

Authority to release finished goods

Current forklift licence
