The Mermaid Beach SLSC / Merlinas Restaurant is located right in the Hub of the growth area is looking for a Hospitality Professional / Wait Staff to join their team with a proven track record in a fast paced bar & restaurant enviroment.
The Mermaid Beach Surf Club consist of our award winning restaurant "Merlina's Restaurant", Bar, 24 gaming machines with Tab & Keno facilities.

In the ideal world It would be good for the candidate to bring to the table the following. We understand not every staff member of the team get taught these skills and attributes so please don't be scared off by these as they will be your assets once learned.

What you need to bring to the role:-

1. RSA & RSG.
2. Restaurant & Bar Experience, Barista skills an advantage
3. Great Presentation and attention to detail
4. Remembering the customer is the star of the show, not us. Our skills are and that's what special about Hospitality.
5. Great communication and execution skills
6. Commitment not to just your own progression, but the progression of our team. Lead by example.
7. Common Sense….. Hopefully this still exist.

A minimum of 2 years restaurant and bar experience is required for this position.
