About The Role

MULTIPLE POSTIONS AVAILBLE

National Aluminium are pleased to offer positions for a Process Worker available at our Dandenong South location. Drive productivity and learn new skills in a key manufacturing and product processing role (pick, pack, vertical and horizontal powder coating, stretcher and dieman), with a focus safety and teamwork.

The Process Worker will undertake a variety of manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:

• Picking and packing

• Vertical and horizontal powder coating

• Manual lifting

• Stock put away and relocation

About the Shifts

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts

Day Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Night Shift 11:00pm - 7:00pm

About you - Skills & Experience

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the National Aluminium Difference.

• No experience necessary, full on the job training provided

• A desire to learn new skills, working with parts and product and enjoy working with process

• Organised and able to process requests and meet deadlines

• Forklift licence

• Organisational skills

• Starting Pay Rate will be between $26-$29 depending on Experience (Afternoon 15% and Night 30% shift loading)
