ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to manage our pop-up retail store at Stockland Rockhampton this holiday season. This is a unique self-employment opportunity from November to January where you'll run your own short-term business.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage store performance and achieve sales targets

• Recruit, train, and lead a small casual team

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Handle inventory management and day-to-day operations

• Drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Current driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle

• Organised, responsible approach with self-starter mentality

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
