Our client is a vertically integrated mining and civil contractor actively delivering iron ore operations across Western Australia. With an expanding production team at their Pilbara Mine Site, they are now seeking experienced All Rounder Operators to join the crew, with dozer experience essential to the role.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a production mining team operating a range of heavy equipment in a load and haul environment. Flexibility and machine competency are key — with a strong focus on dozer operation.

Equipment on site includes:

CAT D10 and D11 Dozers

CAT 980M Loaders

CAT 16M Graders

CAT 777 Dump Trucks

Komatsu PC1250 Excavators

Key responsibilities:

Operating a variety of machines across production areas (dozing, digging, loading, grading, hauling)

Managing stockpiles, ROM pads, waste dumps, and haul roads

Following dig plans and site instructions from supervisors

Conducting pre-start inspections, reporting faults and completing logbooks

Maintaining a strong safety culture and working as part of a well-structured crew

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating D10 or D11 Dozers – essential

Competency across 2+ additional machines from the list above

Valid RIIMPO tickets or VOCs for relevant mobile plant

Current C Class manual driver’s licence (HR desirable)

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

Available for immediate FIFO mobilisation from Perth
