Staff Software Engineer - Melbourne

In this role, you won’t just write code you’ll help define the technical direction of their systems, influence architectural decisions, and ensure our platform continues to scale seamlessly. Working with an event-driven architecture, you’ll tackle challenging problems and see the direct impact of your work on our users.

Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design teams from high performing companies. Mentoring others and driving best practices across the organisation.

• Strong experience building scalable, event-driven systems.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions and mentor engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with backend services, APIs, and modern software architectures.
• They are on JavaScript Full stack, open to people from all backgrounds as long as the high-level thinking and architectural mindset.
