As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll handle both general and complex enquiries with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences while making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
What’s on offer
• Hourly rate: $28.74 + super (annual package $63,321)
• Monthly incentives up to $480 ($5,760 per year, pro rata)
• Full-Time: 38 hours, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM – 7 PM
• October & November start dates • Centrally located near Brisbane Central Station
Who we’re looking for
• Australian Citizen, 18+ years old
• Strong customer service or people-facing experience
• Confident with computers and learning new systems
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Driven to hit goals and provide first-class service
