Your Role as Rostering Coordinator
You will be responsible for planning and modification of client and staff schedules on a daily and recurring basis to ensure service needs are effectively resourced within the Community In Home Care Services and NDIS Community Support Services.
You’ll empower individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully by:
Communicate with clients and stakeholders providing advice and information regarding services.
Communicate with staff regarding shift changes, rostering and client service needs.
Manage leave coverage with staff and Agency providers to ensure client services are met.
Record, action and refer any complaints, compliments and feedback to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for efficiently communicating, planning, coordinating and modifying all schedules in accordance with sound rostering principles and Enterprise Agreements.
Data entry as required into ComCare, CRM and other systems as required.
Ability to complete system reports to aid in operations and as directed by Senior Coordinator - Rostering.
Ensure all communication and interaction with clients is respectful, empathetic and reflects WMQ values.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality through all client and staff interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate rosters with minimal supervision and as part of a multi- disciplinary team.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience communicating with aged care and people living with a disability.
High level time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using ComCare and CRM or other systems as required.
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
