All shifts are local, you'll be home after every shift. You’ll also enjoy extended blocks of time off, giving you the chance to explore Western Australia’s pristine coastline. From Geraldton, you’re perfectly placed to experience some of the state’s most popular attractions: world-class beaches, the Abrolhos Islands, Kalbarri National Park, and vibrant marine life along the Coral Coast. Your downtime isn’t just time off, it’s an opportunity to enjoy an great lifestyle.

What’s on Offer:

$66.00 per hour + super + short-term incentives + retention bonuses

Generous Relocation Package: We’ll provide you with three months of accommodation and we'll cover the relocation costs to help you move to Geraldton with ease, including moving belongings, vehicle, and additional support to make your transition smooth and stress-free!

Up to $35,000 in retention bonuses over 5 years ($15k in the first two years!)

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Road Transport Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, with a proven track record working on Volvo and/or Mack Titan Prime Movers.

Demonstrable hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy multi-combination trucks in a road transport environment.

Strong capabilities in fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and major component rebuilds.

Recognised Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate

C Class licence essential; HR licence highly regarded.
