Role includes, but not limited to..

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing evidence-based therapy for clients with communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, or swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans aligned with client goals
• Working collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Providing services in a variety of settings – clinics, homes, schools, community, or via telehealth
• Maintaining accurate documentation and committing to ongoing professional development and best practices

Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 – $120,000 + super (based on experience)
• Up to $1500 annually for professional development

Essentials:

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent or higher)
• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
