Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective training and assessment in the AHC30722 Certificate III in Horticulture program.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire student learning.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve course content and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III in Horticulture or higher qualification in Horticulture.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
Extensive practical experience in the Horticulture industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
