HR - DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER

We are a growing Smallgoods manufacturing company specializing in premium smallgoods products to the retail and food service outlets around Australia.

This position based in Campbellfield is responsible for delivery of pallets and picking up goods around Melbourne metropolitan area. Ensuring orders are delivered on time and in good order.

We are looking for a driver who is committed to turning up to work Monday to Friday each week and understands the value of employment and applying 100% effort.

It is essential that applicants for this role have a current Heavy Rigid license and are physically fit, as this role requires some lifting and pushing. You will need a sound knowledge of the Melbourne road network and a demonstrated understanding of safe manual handling techniques. A forklift license is desirable but not essential.

Working start time is 6.00am Monday to Friday. if you are unable to meet this commitment, please do not apply.

Duties Include:
• Multi pallet drop deliveries and pick up around Melbourne
• Ability to work autonomously
• Manual work including loading and unloading cargo
• Hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am start time
• Perform pre-start vehicle checks
• Follow all OH&S guidelines
• Start and finish work in Campbellfield

You Will Possess:

Heavy Rigid license

Good communication skill

Previous experience in multi drop delivery

Good knowledge of Melbourne roads and a good sense of direction

Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Complete a police check
