Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse looking for a short-term, well-supported rural contract? We’re currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a welcoming and professional Day Oncology Unit in South-West NSW.

About the Role

This locum opportunity offers a chance to make a real difference in a regional setting, working alongside a close-knit, supportive team. You’ll be based in a 9-bay Day Oncology Centre, delivering essential care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and hematology treatments.

Key Details:

9-bay Day Oncology Unit (mix of beds and chairs)

Join a collaborative team of 6 experienced nurses

Treatments include chemotherapy and hematology procedures

Private, self-contained accommodation provided

Fully reimbursed travel

Competitive locum rates: $65–$75/hour, based on experience

About You

You are a qualified and experienced Oncology Nurse who:

Holds current AHPRA registration

Has recent experience in Day Oncology or similar setting

Is confident with IV and oral chemotherapy administration and hematology care

Is flexible, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running

Values teamwork and quality patient care

Contract Dates

Start: 13th of October 2025

End: Until Christmas (flexible dates available)
