Complex Support Worker – Urgently Required (Mental Health & ABI Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care, daily living assistance, and home support tasks.

Support participants in accessing community resources, engaging in social activities, and developing skills.

Communicate clearly, inclusively, and respectfully, tailoring your approach to each participant’s needs and preferences.

Build trusted relationships based on respect, safety, and empowerment.

Uphold participant rights, support self-expression, and report concerns, complaints, or risks.

Work collaboratively with participants, families, and stakeholders.

Observe, record, and respond to participant needs while promoting independence.

Maintain health, safety, and infection control standards, and promptly report any risks.

Apply Child Safe Standards and escalate any concerns regarding children and young people.
