We are now seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Executive to strengthen our growing team. This is a key role that bridges technical design and sales support, ensuring every project we deliver is both precise and practical.

The role

You will work closely with our Sales Manager to design LED solutions, prepare quotes, and ensure technical accuracy in every opportunity. While your primary focus will be on pre-sales design and quoting, you’ll also take part in site inspections, review technical drawings, and occasionally assist in installations to build product knowledge.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical detail with customer service, and who wants to grow into a pivotal position within a supportive and fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

Design and specify LED solutions that meet client and project needs

Create accurate, detailed, and timely quotes for integrators and customers

Support the Sales Manager on new opportunities from first contact to solution delivery

Conduct site visits and review building plans to inform proposals

Occasionally assist in installations to deepen understanding of Dicolor products

About you

You take pride in technical accuracy and understand the importance of getting details right

You have experience in AV, integration, digital signage, or a related technical field

You’re familiar with (or ready to quickly learn) NovaStar LED control systems

You are solution-focused, quick to respond, and enjoy working with customers and colleagues

You’re open to occasional national travel and enjoy variety in your work
