About the Role

Due to the expansion of our community and elder care partnership network in Sydney, we have multiple positions available to join our healthcare team across the Chatswood, Parramatta, and Hornsby areas, with additional locations to be announced.

We seek Senior Physiotherapists with a positive attitude and a passion for helping the elderly in our community. You will be part of a growing and supportive team that works together with a mission to change the lives of our elderly clients. The varied roles focus on community wellbeing and promotion, home care services, aged care and wellness studio operations, making it a highly motivating and rewarding opportunity.

Salary $95k - $110k (plus more) depending on personality, skills, and experience

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive client assessments and health management programs

Design, develop and run rehabilitation and wellness programs for community and home-based clients.

Pain management, enablement, falls prevention and balance programs.

Utilise state-of-the-art balance technology to manage the community's falls prevention

Liaise and manage customer relationships with community clients.

Be part of the expansion and growth of our seniors' wellness studios.

Supervision and mentorship of younger professionals (graduates and students) during the maturing stages of the community program expansion.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy

Minimum 5 years of general experience in Australia

Fully registered with AHPRA (General Registration ONLY)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills that develop a rapport with clients to provide premium customer care experiences

Proficient in computer skills and experience with the Practice Management System.

Must have an Australian Driver's License and access to a car.
