Process Workers - Multiple Roles Available

Join a leading company in the Greenacre area supplying high-quality products to major retailers across Australia. We're looking for reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a fast-paced team environment on the assembly line.

Whether you've worked in food, manufacturing, warehousing, or a fast-paced production environment - we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating machinery and handling production line tasks

Ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Manual handling - lifting bags (10kg to 25kg with assistance)

Working in a cold environment (refrigerated area)

Following clear instructions and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

What You'll Need:

Must have full working rights

Able to commit to 5-7 shifts per week

Punctuality and a strong work ethic

Reliable transport (own car preferred for early shifts)

Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Experience in machine operation, production, or fast-paced environments is highly regarded

Understanding of GMP/HACCP is a bonus, but not essential

• Comfortable with early starts (5AM and 6 AM) and working in cold conditions
