About the Role

This is a subcontracting position for a reliable, self-directed individual to join our 1-2 person crew. Our work is primarily domestic and is based across the Melbourne area.

The ideal candidate will be ready to start immediately

We are only considering candidates who meet all of the following:

* Minimum 10 Years verifiable, hands-on experience in all aspects of residential painting.

* Certificate III Qualified Painter is Preferred

* Registered ABN.

* Must hold current public liability insurance coverage.

* Current Red Card or White Card.

* Own reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

* Must be willing to travel across the Melbourne metropolitan area.

* Own basic painters tools and equipment.

* Proven Reliability & Punctuality: Must have a track record of showing up on time, every time, and finishing jobs according to schedule.

We are looking for a true professional who demonstrates:

* Exceptional Eye for Detail in Preparation: This is crucial. Your prep work must be flawless.

* Expertise in various application techniques, including high-quality gloss enamels and rolling ceilings.

* Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining the highest standard of quality and safety.

* Professional Conduct: Well-presented, polite, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.

* Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised worksite daily.

The rate of pay will be competitive and based solely on the proven experience, skill level, and consistent performance of the candidate. We pay well for high-quality, reliable work.
