Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test, and maintain telecommunications equipment, systems, and networks.

Diagnose and resolve faults in wireless, transmission, switching, and data communication systems.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Assist in the design and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Monitor network performance and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and service records.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or support staff as required.

Participate in the evaluation and testing of new technologies and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.

Proven experience in telecommunications systems and network support.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in telecommunications systems and network support.

Strong knowledge of IP networking, fibre optics, wireless technologies, VoIP, and experience with network monitoring tools and testing equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
